30 Day Guarantee exchanges & returns.  All returns must be within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.  Merchandise must be in original factory condition as received & must include all original packaging materials and accessories if any.  Returns/exchanges may be refused if the merchandise doesn't meet the conditions required for returns/exchanges. Merchandise must be unopened.  In the event a return or exchange is refused, the merchandise will be returned and the customer will be responsible for the S&H charge. Customer must return all the items at their expense under all circumstances unless we made a shipping error.  Defective items may only be exchanged for same item unless item which is to be exchanged is out of stock or discontinued. Defective merchandise must be returned to us first before we can send you a replacement.  

You may cancel any order at any time by sending us an email prior to shipment processing.  Once the shipment has been processed, there will be a 10% service charge for restocking fee. If your item has already been shipped, order cannot be cancelled or edited.
