Pick your color today!

Color:

Mix (3 oz.) color to (1/2 oz.) special sealer.
Shake well.
Set the tip of the bottle in the grout line and slowly squeeze the bottle while pulling backwards towards you.
This will dispense a very fine line of Color Sealer along your grout line.
Lightly run the brush over the Color Sealer in the grout line.
Immediately wipe up any excess Color Sealer from the tile.
Dry to the touch in 4-hrs. Hard as nails in 24 hrs.
Once product is mixed, it should be applied within a 3-hour period because it will begin to harden.

Sealer:

Mix (1/2) part of Sealer to (3) parts Color. Shake bottle well.

Wet the paper towel.
Wring them out damp
Use one at a time to wipe along the edges of the tile

These are only approximation; you can never tell sometimes how much color/sealer you need until you're doing the job.
Some grout lines are very porous and some are not.
So, it really depends on the tile size, color, width and texture of grout.
16-oz. of color/sealer will cover approximately.

(300 sq. ft. of 8" x 8" tile)

(400 sq. ft. of 12" x 12" tile)

(600 sq. ft. of 18" x 18" tile)

Note: All grout lines must be thoroughly dry for 48 hours before applying any sealer. (Use a speed dryer to expedite the drying process and you don't have to wait 48 hrs.)

I just wanted to thank you for such a wonderful product. Last night, I dropped a brand new bottle of balsamic vinegar on my kitchen floor. I have white tile and had used your white color sealer on it about five weeks ago. The balsamic vinegar was running down the grout like a river. I immediately put paper towels on it to soak up the vinegar. After cleaning up the vinegar and glass, I mopped the floor and grout with water and white vinegar. I couldn't believe how the balsamic vinegar came right off the grout. Previously, I was cleaning my grout every 4-6 months and now look forward to never having to get dowm on my hands and knees scrubbing it for 7 to 10 years!!
